Using a bone-dry fino sherry is the key to keeping the drink crisp and sharp. 1 1/2 oz Tio Pepe Extra Dry Fino sherry ( LCBO 231829, $18.95) 3/4 oz sweet vermouth 1/2 oz Campari ( LCBO 277954, $29.95) 1/4 oz Grand Marnier ( LCBO 1784, $50.10) 3 dashes orange bitters Large orange twist for garnish 1 Stir sherry, vermouth, Campari, Grand Marnier and bitters over ice in a mixing glass for 45 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass. 2 Express oils from orange twist into cocktail. Garnish with twist.
