The food we eat during Hanukkah is delicious for many reasons. First, who doesn’t love latkes? But, more importantly, it’s wrapped in nostalgia, tradition and spending time with family. Modernizing Hanukkah doesn’t mean betraying my past. It means honouring the recipes passed down to me while giving themmy own spin with new techniques and flavours for a memorable holiday spread.
