Gimlet Espresso Martini Recipe on page 111 Juhyun James Park has created this love child of a classic Gimlet (gin and lime cordial) and the trendy Espresso Martini. In the style of the Toronto establishment where he works, Mother Cocktail Bar, he’s used an inventive mixology technique to create a “clarified” citrusy cordial, infused with coffee flavour.
