To help with your hosting this spring, try this easy appetizer infused with the flavours of Terra Delyssa ® Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, beautifully complemented by a refreshing Stella Artois.

Olive Tapenade Crostini In a food processor, place 1/2 cup (125 mL) pitted green olives, 1/3 cup (80 mL) pitted black olives; 1/4 cup (60 mL) each roasted red peppers and walnuts; juice of 1/2 small lemon and salt to taste. Pulse until chopped, but still a coarse texture. Transfer to a bowl and stir in 1/4 cup (60 mL) Terra Delyssa ® Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil until combined. Slice a baguette into rounds and lightly toast. Spread tapenade mixture on rounds. Garnish with grated lemon zest and fresh thyme leaves. Serve with a little more Terra Delyssa ® Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Serves 4
