CHOP CHOP Eric Gaddis (@Big_Erics_BBQ) caused a stir on TikTok when he reinvented the Italian sub by chopping up the ingredients, mixing them with mayo and salad dressing, then stuffing that into soft rolls. It spawned a new wave of chopped sand wiches—including our remixed pan bagnat, which we dare say is better than the original.
