This pairing can go several ways, since the app is such an interesting combina- tion of sweet and savoury. We chose a White Negroni, made with a gentle gin like Plymouth ( LCBO 277004, $44.95) as the base, to create a sophisticated pairing. To a rocks glass filled with ice, add 1 oz gin, 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco ( LCBO 495747, $24.70) and 1 oz Lillet Blanc ( VINTAGES 322297, $19.10). Stir. Garnish with a lemon twist. Makes 1 cocktail
