These nutty crisps go well with most cheeses, but they shine brightest with a soft, creamy blue cheese such as Glengarry’s Celtic Blue. Studded with dried cranberries, they have a pronounced sweetness that wrangles the sharpness of the cheese. To take this combo one step further, try pairing it with an artisanal jam like fig or caramelized onion. If you’d prefer something fresh, sliced apples and pears will do the trick and also provide a nice textural contrast.
