It’s just gin*.

Made from our homegrown winter wheat, harvested from our own fields, fertilized by ashes from our biomass boiler and our own cattle.

Distilled in a 43-plate copper still powered by our own sustainable woodlands, making our own super smooth premium base alcohol, giving our gin the foundation it deserves.

Infused with botanicals and quince grown in our orchard and diluted with the purest water provided by our own chalk aquifer spring, sitting 195 meters down in the bedrock. We simply do a lot of things ourselves, but most of all, we use our common sense to make the best gin we possibly can, with the least environmental impact.
