Rosé Rosé wines can be sweet or off-dry, but we prefer the dry rosés because they still offer the wonderful bouquet of ber- ries and florals with an overall light finish. You can experiment with the wines you use for cocktails—usually, the deeper the pink, the more berry fruit you will taste.
