White Wine White wine varies greatly from one style to an- other, and each varietal can add amazing bursts of flavour to a cocktail. The more we experiment, the more delicious concoctions we discover. To en- hance our summertime splash, we used a buttery Chardonnay to bring out the vanilla of the spiced rum, with amazing results.
