6 oz Blanche de Chambly 1 oz simple syrup 1 oz Gin 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice Basil leaves Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

Fill the glass with ice. Add all the ingredients and mix. Garnish with basil leaves and strawberries.

Blanche de Chambly has quite the story. It’s North America’s rst re-fermented white beer, brewed according to Belgian tradition. Since 1992, this rich wheat ale has been known and loved for its citrus notes reminiscent of orange and lemon and for its subtle bouquet of spices including coriander and cloves. A proud tradition honored by Unibroue for over a quarter century, and one that continues even today.
