LCBO Food & Drink Early Summer 2020

What’s for dinner?

“With big-batch recipes, divide the food up into two or three portions so you can set it out for every four to six people, repeating along the table.”

Setting out a printed menu at each place setting is a thoughtful touch. It helps those taking photos for their social feeds to describe each dish. In fact, a shot of your menu is likely the first photo they’ll post. Also, listing wine pairings allows guests to take home the menu and shop later for their favourites. Be sure to include a special hashtag on the menu, too.
