Slurping back raw oysters is even more delicious with a spoonful of tart mignonette made with rice vinegar, finely diced shallots, cracked black pepper and a splash of pink vodka.

When it comes to cocktails, this pink spirit is ridiculously easy to play with. One of my favourite drinks is made by adding an ounce to a glass of sparkling wine and sprinkling a couple of drops of orange bitters overtop.
