It’s a Date Whether it’s the first or the 50th date, your special someone will appreciate a carefully curated menu with flavours to savour. From appetizer to sweet finish, it’s a meal that will leave them even more smitten.

KIR ROYALE FLOATS End the meal on a playful, sweet note by turning a tradi tional French aperitif—cassis liqueur and bubbly—into a grown-up riff on a float. 1. Set out two large coupe or parfait glasses. Skewer a few strawberries and raspberries on cocktail picks. Add a scoop of berry sorbet or vanilla ice cream to each glass. Pour 1 1/2 oz bubbly along the side of each glass then pour 1 oz cassis into each. Garnish the glasses with fresh fruit skewers. Serves 2
