Trail Estate is proud of its part in “redefining Ontario wines” ( Elle Magazine ). They produce terroir- and vintage-driven wines both Classic and Esoteric. All wines are produced with a low-intervention ethos: wild fermentations, zero filtering, zero adds, zero or minimal sulphurs.
