Celebrating its 20th vintage in 2023, Hidden Bench is a premium artisanal winegrower that produces certified organic wines exclusively from its estate vineyards on the Beamsville Bench. Recognized domestically and internationally for the consistency of its award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, this winery crafts a full portfolio of low- intervention, quality focused, and terroir-driven wines with nuanced attention to detail and precision from vineyard to glass.

In 1997, Michael Kacaba launched Kacaba Vineyards and as a result saved prime Niagara Escarpment Benchland from a developer’s bulldozer. Today, Michael and his team craft a full range of wines, including their highly awarded estate-grown Syrah (Ontario’s oldest plantings). With a view across Lake Ontario to Toronto, guests are welcome to sample wines with multiple awards from Canadian and international competitions, including the Decanter World Wine Awards (U.K.).
