Honest, low-intervention wine. Innovative mead. Local honey. As Niagara’s original meadery, Rosewood is owned and operated by a multi-generational beekeeping family. The winemaking is led by Ryan Corrigan, with previous experience in Napa Valley, Okanagan Valley, New Zealand and Europe before returning home. The team employs traditional, Old World winemaking techniques with modern equipment to create elegant, textured and balanced wines.

The world’s largest Icewine portfolio, 24 varieties. The world’s most expensive Icewine, 2000 Chardonnay Icewine $250,000/bottle. Winner of 8 world-wine records. Royal de Maria’s Icewines have been requested by the Queen, served at the G8 Summit, Japan and gifted to the G20 Summit leaders.
