Guinness Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Beer ( LCBO 30340, 4 pk, $14.95 ) accentuates the roasted character of Guinness Stout with additional coffee, and has a smooth, creamy body to underpin the spices in your rub. Why not pair smoke with smoke? Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier ( LCBO 409110, 500 mL, $5.20 ) is made with beechwood smoked malt, which hides a rich, bready brown sugar sweetness behind topnotes of smokehouse-cured bacon. Erdinger Dunkel Weissbier ( LCBO 201723, 500 mL, $4.20 ) features a sweet and spicy nose underlaid by a nutty wheat body with light hints of chocolate and roasted malt, a perfect complement to our baby back ribs’ hoisin and root-beer glaze.
