Winter-hardy varieties: L’Acadie Blanc, Marquette and Baco Noir flourish here. Visit the winery to try their Back From The Dead Red (VQA), Into The Light White, Resurrection Rosé and Riesling Bone Dry (VQA) paired with a Vintner’s Plate and/or a wood-fired pizza while soaking up the magic that is all things Coffin Ridge.
