The Speck brothers started planting vines in Niagara’s Short Hills Bench in 1984. Today, Henry of Pelham handcrafts premium wines including the iconic Baco Noir and Cuvée Catharine sparkling. Hernder Estate Winery is one of the treasures in the heart of Wine Country with 60+ years of tradition and history. Due to an unfortunate event, the winery retail store is open seasonally until the new retail rebuild is complete (visit Hernder on 4th during winter). Honsberger Estate is one of Ontario’s oldest family-run farms in the heart of Jordan. Growing premium fruit for over 200 years, the focus is Riesling and Cabernet Franc with a limited selection of sparkling alongside other cool climate varietals. Enjoy the seasonal patio, indoor restaurant and on-site event space in a farm-to-table setting. They’re also home to the homestead shop, Cultivate Niagara.

This boutique winery can be found in the original 140-year-old Kew family home and is surrounded by one of the oldest vineyards in Beamsville.
