After a late night spent celebrating, a glass of fla- vour-packed juice can be the best way to start the next day. Make your guests’ morning-after a little better by sending them home from your holiday bash with a jar of your own freshly squeezed thirst quencher. Use a blender or juicer to whip up a va- riety of flavours such as orange, grapefruit or your own personal blend, then pour into jars with lids. La- bel and decorate each one, and hand out to visitors as they head out at the end of the night. Make extras and you can set up a juice bar of these single-serving drinks for the party as well.
