Rich in hue and with wonder- ful mouth feel, an intriguing balance of apricot, peach and sparkling Moscato, this holi- day libation is a tradition you will want to hold on to. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz Bianco (sweet white) vermouth, ½ oz Apricot brandy, 2 oz peach juice and a dash of peach bitters (optional). Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Add 3 oz sparkling Moscato and garnish with a cranberry skewer. Makes 1 drink
