COTTAGE HOLIDAY If you’re lucky enough to be heading to a cottage for a traditional Christmas, here’s a streamlined mouth-watering dinner—redolent with natural flavours—that’s easy to pull together while away. HOLIDAYS ARE THE TIME when traditions run strong and favourite dishes are made year after year. For some, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a roast turkey and mashed potatoes, root vegetables, a shrimp appetizer and cranberries in some form.
