2 oz. spiced rum 5-6 raspberries (fresh or frozen) 2 oz. Schweppes ® ginger ale ½ oz. simple syrup (optional) Mint leaves (optional)
In a lowball glass, muddle the raspberries with the simple syrup. Add the rum and stir well. Fill with ice and top with the ginger ale. Garnish with a floating mint leaf.
