DAVID STEWART MBE a pioneer of wood finished whisky. He first experimented with the process in 1982, leading to the release of DoubleWood in 1995. Now, 25 years on, DoubleWood is an icon. Matured in traditional whisky oak and finished in Spanish sherry oak, it has become on of whisky’s finest achievements.
