Three easy and delicious ice cream floats that are both dessert and digestif. Dress them up with metal reusable straws, chocolate swirls or dollops of whipped cream to up the wow factor.

Motts Clamato Caesar Gin & Cucumber + Spicy Dill Pickle Ice Cubes LCBO 649236, 458 mL, $2.95 These simple cubes kick up the spice in a Caesar as they melt. To make, pour fresh water into an ice cube tray, add your favourite sliced spicy pickles, and freeze.
