HOT SPICED CIDER

You Will Need: Crockpot or large saucepan on the stove. Cheesecloth or muslin bag filters tied with string or twine to wrap spices.

How To Make: 1. Fill a large pot or slow cooker with ¾ Strongbow Original Dry and ¼ Strongbow Gold. 2. Wrap mulling spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger, cardamon, nutmeg, star anise, etc) in a muslin bag or cheesecloth pouch(coffee filter works well too if you can tie it up in a bundle!) 3. Add the bundle of spices to the cider and give it a stir. 4. Never boil the mixture but heat up slowly (minimum 30 mins) until steam rises and the spices have infused the cider (taste it!) 5. Garnish with apple slices or a cinnamon stick to serve in a Strongbow branded mug.

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

• 3 parts Strongbow Original Dry • 1 part Strongbow Gold • 1-2 tablespoons Mulling Spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger, cardamon, nutmeg, star anise, etc) • Cinnamon Sticks and Apple Slices to Garnish

*Serving tip: preheat your mug with hot water before serving Hot Spiced Strongbow to order.
