Use the vinaigrette guidelines (page 244) to create spicy honey vinaigrette for this salad. Simply heat chilies with the oil you intend to use in a small pan or pot for a few minutes over medium heat. These could be dried chili flakes or finely chopped red Thai chilies. Otherwise, follow the vinaigrette instructions and use honey as the sweet element.
