Off the beaten path, you’ll nd the tiny village of Creemore. It’s here, some years ago, we converted a quaint hardware store into a world-class brewery and began crafting time-honoured beers, red brewed in small batches with water from a spring so fresh, it became our namesake.

Just outside the village, you’ll nd the Mad & Noisy Rivers, each carving their own path, through lush rolling hills, forested valleys and fertile farmland before nally meeting as one. Inspired by the meeting of our neighbouring rivers, our brewers have brought together our dedication to heritage brewing techniques with their fresh stream of thinking. Now you can taste the results for yourself through our Mad & Noisy series of beer. Mad & Noisy Lagered Ale is inspired by the Kölsch beers of Cologne Germany, this straw- blonde ale is subtly hopped, fermented with ale yeast and then lagered cold. The result, a light-bodied brew with a delicate fruity aroma of an ale and a crisp clean nish of a lager.
