Hernder Estate Winery is one of the treasures in the heart of Wine Country since 1993. Due to a fire in 2022 they are only open June till the end of October Friday-Sunday 11-5pm for Wine Flights, Glass & Bottle Service & Gelato. No appointments necessary and picnics are allowed. (Hernder on 4th is open 7 days a week located inside Harvest Barn). Events, Vineyard Concerts and Craft Show information is on our website as well as All Inclusive Weddings.

2023 Canadian Winery of the Year, Hidden Bench is a premium artisanal winegrower producing ProCert certified organic and vegan-friendly wines exclusively from its estate vineyards on the Beamsville Bench. Consistently recognized for award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, they craft a full portfolio of low-intervention, quality focused and terroir-driven wines with attention to detail and precision from vineyard to glass.

In 1997, Michael Kacaba launched Kacaba Vineyards and as a result saved prime Niagara Escarpment Benchland from a developer’s bull-dozer. Today, Michael and his team craft a full range of wines, including their highly awarded estate-grown Syrah (Ontario’s oldest plantings). With a view across Lake Ontario to Toronto, guests are welcome to sample wines with multiple awards from Canadian and international competitions, including the Decanter World Wine Awards (U.K.).
