Nestled in Niagara’s St. David’s Bench, our hand-harvested grapes thrive in clay-rich soil, creating exceptional wines. From our hearts to your hands, uncork, savour, and celebrate life’s moments.

Nestled amongst sprawling vineyards of the prestigious Four Mile Creek sub-appellation, the winery sits on a 50-acre farm tended to by the Puglisi family since 1974. The family-owned winery leader Lou Puglisi draws on grape-growing knowledge and experience that has been handed down from generations. As you sip their wines, you are tasting three generations of grape-growing and winemaking experience.

BIG HEAD WINES

Raised on their 50-acre family estate vineyard after immigrating from southwest Germany in 1998, Greg and Yannick Wertsch are farmers turned vintners. The focus on the wine they make is the same as the fruit they grow; quality comes first. Visit them and taste their wines in the heart of Niagara Wine Country at Between the Lines Winery.

With a focus on wild fermentation and the Appassimento method, Andrzej Lipinski crafts premium wines with uncompromising care. In 2024, the Lipinski Family Label debuted—a premium small-lot passion project. Visit their Tasting Room to explore a vast portfolio, host events, or relax on the seasonal patio. A BIG year for Big Head.

BYLAND ESTATE WINERY

CAROLINE CELLARS

Byland Estate Winery is located on a 13-acre vineyard owned by Jackson Bai since 2015. Jackson benefits from 30 years of hands-on experience from grape-growing veterans, nature’s excellent world-renowned terroir and high-quality old-vineyard vines. Each bottle of VQA-certified wine is hand-harvested and originates from the on-site vineyard. Collaborating with an award-winning winemaker, along with on-site production and bottling, ensures exquisite wines and dedication to quality.

The Lakeit family – with a half-century of farming history behind them – opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable wines made by Rick Lakeit, the award-winning portfolio includes both white and red varietals, a small selection of fruit wine and critically acclaimed and awarded Icewine. The Farmhouse Café is open for lunch year-round and focuses on relaxed Wine Country fare.
