Lightweight summer reds are perfect wines for a casual spread of charcu­ terie where everyone sits down and simply helps themselves. Start with our Surf ’n’ Turf Charcuterie Board from Summer 2015 then add other dishes such as Alsatian Bacon Tart (Early Summer 2010), Prosciutto with Arti­ chokes & Arugula (Early Summer 2006) and the Ricotta & Salami Torta Rustica from Winter 2015, served at room temperature.
