Lightweight summer reds are perfect wines for a casual spread of charcu­ terie where everyone sits down and simply helps themselves. We’ve collected some great ideas for what to serve from our recipe archives at foodanddrink.ca/chilledreds. Start with our Surf ’n’ Turf Charcuterie Board from Summer 2015 then add other dishes such as Alsatian Bacon Tart (Early Summer 2010), Prosciutto with Arti­ chokes & Arugula (Early Summer 2006) and the Ricotta & Salami Torta Rustica from Winter 2015, served at room temperature.
