SUMMER Summer is the seasonwewait formost impatiently here inOntario. Some love to do as little as possible on those long hot weekends; others prefer to fill each precious day with outdoor activities. If you love to get away from it all and go camping, we have the perfect menu for you, full of easy but delectable recipes designed to be cooked on an open fire. Stay-at-homes with time on their hands might prefer our story on marinades, starring some highly original ways to infuse flavour into a variety of proteins.     Of course, this is also the time to take advantage of our matchless local produce. We have a harvest of plum ideas—drinks as well as sweet and savoury recipes. And one of themost colourful collections we have ever put together, using a rainbow of Ontario’s gorgeous fruits and vegetables. And to drink? Hot weather doesn’t rule out reds—not when you can find fresh, lightweight wines and chill them down for a couple of minutes. Not long to wait! Not now that summer is finally here.
