Light Bright Bubbles Hot summer days and long summer nights are a perfect time for lightened-up bubbles. Ontario craft Ace Hill Low-Cal Mexican Lager ( LCBO 16465, 4 pk, $9.95) is a lime-wedge-friendly Mexican-style lager, just 4% alcohol, but loaded with flavour. Flaked corn in the brew supplies rich body. Only California Pinot Grigio and sparkling water fill every sleek can of Spritzd Wine Spritzer Pinot Grigio ( LCBO 14680, 355 mL, $4.35), which rings in at 6.6% alcohol. There’s no sugar in Brickworks Ciderhouse Hibiscus Lime Spritz ( LCBO 16367, 473 mL, $3.60), which is kissed with hibiscus flavour.
