E L E VAT E your Sangria! Peach Sangria

750 ml bottle of Two Oceans Pinot Grigio 1 ¼ cups Disaronno Originale Amaretto 1 cup Peach Juice 1 ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice 2 ½ tbsp Apricot Jam Method:

Mix ingredients in a blender then add to a pitcher filled with ice and your favourite chopped fruit. Serve in ice filled glasses and top with soda water. Makes approx. 8 servings.
