EL DORADO 5 YEAR OLD Elegant for sipping and cocktails, this golden rum has a tropical fruit nose and aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. A vibrant entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, caramel and toasted coconut.

EL DORADO 3 YEAR OLD This crystal-clear rum is double filtered through natural charcoal for sparkling clarity. It’s a cocktail-perfect spirit with a citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins.

EL DORADO 8 YEAR OLD A luxe blend of amber rums has hints of tobacco mixed with caramel, toffee and faint aromas of dried stone fruits and flambéed banana. It’s smooth sipping, with a soft and faintly sweet palate.

Our rums are matured in 45-gallon oak barrels in custom built warehouses in Guyana. Once-used for bourbon ageing, these vessels give our rums their warm-gold to deep-brown colour range, while creating their signature rich, mellow character. Maturation in a tropical climate smooths out the final spirits, with the aromatic nose and complex flavours that make Demerara Rums so unique.

We are patient. Very patient. Only when perfectly ripe with age, the different marques (batches of varying character) of rum are blended together, using skills and traditions perfected and passed down over centuries. Each rum has its own individuality and style. Once each rum meets the Master Blender’s standards, it is bottled at the Distillery’s state-of-the-art plant for you to savour and enjoy.

EL DORADO 25 YEAR OLD Blended with the finesses of fine Cognac or Scotch, this decanter captures a quarter century of patient oak-ageing. Enjoy luscious fruitcake flavour, silky texture and a lingering caramel and spice finish.
