TRENDSPOTTING MELT DOWN

If you like having instant cocktails on hand for an impromptu cinq à sept, give flavoured cocktail cubes a try. The concept is simple: a big ice cube made with ingredients like fruit juices, sweeteners, liqueurs and bitters. You place it in a glass, add a spirit then swirl and let it melt for a few minutes.
