Housed in the Wine Visitor + Education Centre at Niagara College, Canada’s first commercial teaching winery o´ers a portfolio of intensely flavoured wines by winemaker Allison Findlay. While visiting the winery, be sure to inquire about small-batch ciders, craft spirits from the Teaching Distillery and award-winning beers from the Teaching Brewery.
