Tennis fans at the US Open each summer quaff its signature cocktail, the Honey Deuce. We emulated its pink-and-green colour scheme and melon-ball garnish in this sparkling rosé and melon poptail.

The trending Italian sparkling red wine is fizzy, lower-alcohol and often sweet. It’s a striking pairing with a dark ice pop and mint garnish. Classic grape pops work; for a spicy twist look for President’s Choice Blueberry Cinnamon Ice Pops.
