They work exclusively with fruit grown on their estate vineyards. This bold, zesty Sauvignon Blanc has notable melon, citrus, tropical fruit, and a solid mineral foundation. A superb sipping wine, it will be great as an aperitif or alongside dishes like salmon pasta. CLOS BELAIR MONTAGNE SAINTÉMILION 2018 AOC (Château du Moulin Noir)

Hanging tough, firm, taut and focused for a 2018 Bordeaux of such reasonable means. Fruit shows a hint or two of leathery, drying and secondary character but ample freshness persists. Stays well afloat without any logged behaviour dragging the fruit downwards or exhausting the wine’s spirit. Feel comfortable popping bottles for two more years. Last tasted January 2025.
