Niagara’s soils and topography are highly diverse, allowing for a wide range of varieties to flourish including Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but the main grapes are Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and, increasingly, Gamay.
