This Pinot Noir-based rosé is sourced from flinty soils and oers a buoyant, quite elegant experience. There’s plenty of lifted fruit, with strawberry and red berry prominently featured along with Sancerre’s unmistakable mineral character. An exuberant rosé that will evolve for another two years but is calling out to be enjoyed tonight with grilled shrimp, salmon, or a char cuterie board. This wine first made its appearance on Vintages shelves in the summer of 2000 and has been a regular fixture since 2003. It shows cherry, peach, lemon and strawberry, with characterful Rhône garrigue notes raising the bar.
