Amabuki Shuzo was founded in 1688. This sake was made using rhododendron yeast in a labour-intensive traditional method called kimoto. The result is a robust, opulent sake that can be served chilled, room temperature or warmed and will pair with dishes such as chicken

AMABUKI OMACHI NAMA JUNMAI GINJO SAKE Saga, Japan
This sake is fashioned from Omachi rice; a strain that first emerged in the Okayama Prefecture more than 160 years ago and produces sakes of notable depth and complexity. The yeast used in the fermentation is called pink nadeshiko. Taken from the dianthus flower, it imparts a highly aromatic, floral character.
