HEARTLAND STICKLEBACK RED  Langhorne Creek, South Australia, vegan (Ben Glaetzer, winemaker) Award-winning winemaker Ben Glaetzer crafts this red with immediate pleasure in mind. A blend of 82% Shiraz and 18% Cabernet all matured for a year in oak, the wine is soft, plush, e ortlessly complex and packed with ripe fruit. Look for layers of red and dark berry, cherry, cassis, smoked herbs and exotic spices, with a velvety finish. Pour with grilled meats or portobello mushrooms.
