(Colchester Ridge Estate Winery) CREW came onto the scene with the 2004 vintage. Their ripe, concentrated wines are consistent demonstrations of the quality to be found in LENS. Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards takes its name from the Cooper’s hawks that are common sights in the skies above the winery. Their range includes Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and the Bordeaux reds.
