I always look forward to the new Gamay release from Hidden Bench, and I’m not the only one; this wine has been a regular fixture on Vintages shelves for the past five years. The 2024 has notes of black berry and boysenberry at peak ripeness, along with tones of violet, white pepper, cherry, mineral and earth. I can’t wait to serve it, slightly chilled, with some saucy barbecued ribs. Gamayzing
