MICHEL GASSIER NOSTRE PAÏS 2023 AOP Costières-de-Nîmes Based on 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 5% Mourvèdre from the more southern portions of the Costières appellation and vinified with 30% whole clusters and aged one year with 25% in barrels, the 2023 Costières De Nîmes Nostre Païs reveals notes of black raspberries, pepper, wildflowers, lavender, and spice. It’s medium-bodied, has a layered, elegant mouthfeel, ultra-fine tannins, no hard edges, and outstanding length. This is a “wow” Costières de Nîmes that’s best enjoyed over the coming 4š6 years, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it evolve longer. Drink date: 2025š2031. Score: 94 (jebdunnuck.com, Nov. 11, 2025) SAVOIE MAISON DU VIGNERON CUVÉE 8 SAVOIE PINOT NOIR 2024 AOP Savoie is a mountainous region near the Swiss border. Altitude provides the ideal cool conditions that have made it best known for zesty white wines. In these environs, Pinot Noir produces elevated, delicate expressions that are notably lighter than those from Burgundy and reveal morello cherry, redcurrant, forest floor and spice. A must-try for Pinot fans, this will evolve through 2029+. Light-bodied & Fruity 37180 (XD) 750 ml $24.95 2 Medium-bodied & Fruity 295410 (XD) 750 ml 4 Organic product $25.95 2
