PAJARU VIENTU APPASSIMENTO 2024 IGT Puglia, Italy, sustainable, vegan 47088 (D) 750 ml $19.95 2 The nose first presents black plums and boysenberries, then follows up with savory black olives, wild herbs and sweet tobacco. The palate layers more sweet, dark fruit with dark chocolate, then adds fresh, cool spearmint and fennel. Acid and salt create a bouncy mouthfeel.
