Ravine Charmat Sparkling is a bright, zesty wine that reveals an energetic purity of expression. A blend of four grapes led by Riesling with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier, it also comprises wines from three vintages: 2020, 2021 and 2022. Peller Private Reserve Rosé 2024 is an attractive blend of mostly Pinot Noir with Gamay Noir, Pinot Meunier and a splash of Syrah. A few hours of skin contact fashions the copper-pink colour, while cool fermentation and ageing in stainless steel preserve the summery aromas and flavours of Niagara peach, wild strawberry, Rainier cherry, rhubarb and pomegranate.
