Some smoky/flinty notes – possibly (good) reduction. Bone dry and firmly textured. Lime- like green fruits. Stony mineral. Fantastic grip. Malolactic conversion gives roundness, as does a slow fermentation because, according to winemaker Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos, in stressful conditions, yeasts release glycerol. Full in the mouth.
